Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in organization development and learning & development
• Proven experience in designing and implementing organizational development initiatives
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
• Experience with organizational assessment tools and learning management systems is a plus
