Job Summary

To support organizational growth, the full-time Senior Manager of Organizational Development will design, implement, and manage employee learning and development programs, collaborating with Human Resources and business leaders in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and manage the Leadership Development Program, including a comprehensive curriculum for various leadership levels
  • Conduct learning needs assessments and create instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and enhance onboarding programs and support the performance management process through training and resources
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or related field required
  • 5-7 years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related field
  • Experience in developing leadership development programs and facilitating instructor-led training
  • Experience implementing or administering a Learning Management System
  • Master's degree preferred
