Job Summary
Collaborating with HR and operational leaders, the full-time Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness will strengthen culture, leadership capability, and employee engagement while working remotely during East Coast business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Lead employee listening efforts and analyze engagement and organizational effectiveness data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop focused action plans to enhance engagement, communication, retention, and manager capability
- Facilitate workshops and support leadership-development programs to improve team dynamics and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- At least five years of experience in organizational development or related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience in employee engagement and leadership development programs
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and project-management skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
