Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise and HR functional priorities, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness will manage organizational design, capability development, and change adoption initiatives while partnering with business and HR leaders to translate strategy into actionable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead organizational design and operating model efforts to align structure and workflows with business strategy
• Partner with HR and business leaders to assess challenges and recommend practical design solutions to improve efficiency and employee experience
• Manage and deliver organizational effectiveness programs and workshops that support enterprise and business-unit priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, or business transformation
• Experience with complex capability adoption, including artificial intelligence or digital transformation
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with workforce analytics and project management tools
• Organizational development or change management certification preferred but not required
