Senior Manager of Organizational Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Organization Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Organizational Enablement Managers and Partners to support enterprise technology transformation
• Manage intake processes and track team capacity and project milestones
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Organizational Enablement team and various business functions

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in organizational change, program management, or enablement leadership roles
• 3+ years managing teams in a matrixed environment
• Experience in delivering global transformation programs with strong stakeholder engagement
• Operational mindset with experience in capacity management and reporting
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms and relevant certifications like Prosci or PMP is a plus
