Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Outsourced Accounting in the skilled nursing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team through change management initiatives to modernize service delivery and implement best practices
• Identify operational needs of post-acute providers and implement timely solutions
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives and provide consultative solutions for revenue cycle and profitability improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• CPA preferred
• 8 years of industry-specific consulting and advisory experience
• Proven success in building and leading teams through change management
• Experience in developing strong remote team relationships based on trust and accountability
