Job Summary

Leading Apollo.io's performance marketing engine, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Paid Acquisition will manage a team of specialists across various paid channels, driving scalable growth while overseeing an 8-figure budget and developing measurement frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of paid channel specialists across multiple platforms
• Manage an 8-figure annual budget focused on efficiency and pipeline contribution
• Build and evolve the measurement and attribution framework, including testing and experimentation strategies

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of managing large media budgets with measurable results
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and offline channels
• Strong command of tracking, attribution, and data analysis tools
• Experience in building and mentoring senior individual contributors
