Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Search who will oversee search strategy and execution for a major retail brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-funnel search strategy, integrating it with broader media and retail channels
- Act as the primary client contact, aligning SEM efforts with business priorities and managing a budget exceeding $1MM
- Lead the adoption of AI tools for automation and data-driven optimization in search campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of paid search experience, particularly in high-volume B2C campaigns
- 2+ years of management experience with direct reports
- Proven track record managing monthly ad spends of $1MM+
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or equivalent experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics tools like GA4 or Adobe Analytics
