Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Social to lead account strategy and execution across client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead paid social strategy, execution, and optimization across medium to large client accounts
  • Own client-facing communication, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights
  • Mentor junior team members and improve team operations through enhanced workflows and best practices


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 4-6+ years of professional experience in paid social or digital marketing, ideally in an agency environment
  • Strong experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns for DTC and/or e-commerce brands
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex client relationships
  • Deep knowledge of platform strategy, campaign setup, and performance optimization
