Job Summary
To elevate team performance and operational consistency, the full-time Senior Manager of Paid Social will lead high-level account strategy and execution across a portfolio of medium to large clients while driving business outcomes in a dynamic agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid social strategy, execution, and optimization across client accounts, ensuring strong performance against business goals
- Own client-facing communication for key accounts, including strategic recommendations and performance storytelling
- Mentor junior team members and support the development of internal best practices and workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 4-6+ years of professional experience in paid social, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment
- 2+ years of experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns for DTC and/or e-commerce brands
- Proven ability to independently manage larger or more complex client relationships
- Deep knowledge of platform strategy, campaign setup, and performance optimization
