Key Responsibilities
  • Lead paid social strategy, execution, and optimization across client accounts to ensure strong performance against business goals
  • Own client-facing communication, providing strategic recommendations and proactive problem-solving for key accounts
  • Drive advanced media buying decisions and partner cross-functionally to align paid social efforts with broader business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 4-6+ years of professional experience in paid social or digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment
  • 2+ years of experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns for DTC or e-commerce brands
  • Proven ability to manage larger client relationships independently
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring junior team members and improving team quality of work
