Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end strategy and execution of paid social and creator-led acquisition, the full-time Senior Manager of Paid Social will lead efforts across Meta and emerging platforms, focusing on scaling new-shopper acquisition through creative-led campaigns in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage paid social strategy, budget pacing, bidding, and creative performance to meet new-shopper and efficiency targets
  • Oversee paid influencer and creator acquisition, from partner identification to performance measurement and scaling successful initiatives
  • Drive growth in First-Time Shoppers by rapidly testing and iterating ad creative while collaborating closely with the Creative team
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of hands-on paid media experience, particularly in paid social (Meta required)
  • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition through creative-led paid social campaigns
  • Experience managing paid influencer or creator campaigns and relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in key metrics such as CPA, CPC, and ROAS
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute structured creative tests
