Key Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of contracts and deliver on commitments
• Serve as primary contact for payer partners and manage relationships

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or payer-facing roles
• Solid understanding of managed care organization dynamics, preferably in behavioral health or Medicaid
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to translate contracts into action
• Exceptional organizational skills
