Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Success--Strategic Accounts (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Train, develop, and manage a team of 5-7 Partner Success Specialists
  • Refine implementation and onboarding processes to enhance customer success
  • Track customer adoption metrics and develop proactive plans to mitigate churn risks


Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or related fields
  • 2-4 years of experience managing a team
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, education, or a related area
  • Experience with Salesforce, ChurnZero, or similar CRM solutions is preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences and retention
