Job Summary

Managing partner enablement activities, the full-time Senior Manager of Partner Success will ensure successful deployments and drive strategic global initiatives remotely, focusing on client engagement, performance improvement, and risk management.

Key responsibilities
  • Gather feedback from key partners to drive continual improvements in Saviynt processes and tools
  • Analyze partner performance metrics to identify risks, upsell opportunities, and recommend strategic interventions
  • Create and deliver content for partner training and quarterly newsletters to enhance partner capabilities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in channel or partner management enablement within IAM/IGA organizations
  • Thorough domain knowledge in Identity and Access Governance (IAG)
  • Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and proven experience in building scalable training programs
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and platforms is preferred
