Job Summary

To accelerate revenue growth and deepen engagement within a dynamic partner ecosystem, the full-time Senior Manager of Partnerships will develop and execute strategic growth plans, collaborate cross-functionally, and serve as a strategic advisor to partners in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans across a portfolio of partners to drive revenue and engagement
  • Identify and activate cross-sell, co-sell, and commercialization opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Analyze partner performance metrics and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance partner success
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Sales, preferably within the healthcare IT space
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Executive presence and effective collaboration skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
