Senior Manager of Partnerships

Job Summary

Leading the Healthy Savings Discounts Program, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Partnerships will manage backend execution, data analysis, client engagement, and strategic operational support while overseeing promotion setup and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage promotion setup, approvals, updates, and testing for the Healthy Savings Discounts Program
• Engage with clients and partners to drive discount sell-in efforts and conduct quarterly performance reviews
• Analyze large datasets to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for program modernization initiatives

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 7+ years of experience in promotions management, client services, or program operations
• 7+ years of experience analyzing large datasets and translating insights into business actions
• 7+ years of experience building and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
