Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Parts Procurement & Supplier Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies to enhance supply chain efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective supply chain solutions and resource maintenance
  • Monitor distributor performance and manage supplier relationships to meet quality and delivery standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and practical experience
  • 7-10 years of supervisory/management experience in a customer service environment
  • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or service network management, preferably in home services
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for maintaining vendor and customer relationships
  • Proficient in data analysis and decision-making to drive operational improvements
