A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Parts Procurement & Supplier Relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies to enhance supply chain efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective supply chain solutions and resource maintenance
- Monitor distributor performance and manage supplier relationships to meet quality and delivery standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and practical experience
- 7-10 years of supervisory/management experience in a customer service environment
- 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or service network management, preferably in home services
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for maintaining vendor and customer relationships
- Proficient in data analysis and decision-making to drive operational improvements
