Senior Manager of Payment Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Payment Processing and Chargeback Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily payment lifecycles including card processing, ACH, reconciliations, and funding
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to staff while identifying process improvement opportunities
• Analyze trends in payment errors and collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Payment Operations, Treasury, or Finance Operations
• Deep understanding of ACH and Credit Card processing and financial compliance standards
• Experience managing KPIs and reporting in high-volume payment environments
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Extensive chargeback experience
