Senior Manager of Payor Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Payor Strategy & Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the PCA team, managing contract lifecycle, compliance, and team development
• Lead process redesign and implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency and workflow automation
• Develop and monitor KPIs and reporting to track productivity and present insights to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
• Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, or process improvement
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred
• Strong leadership and analytical skills; experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Ability to manage competing priorities and analyze performance data in a fast-paced environment
