Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate People Analytics strategy into actionable projects aligned with HR and business objectives
  • Drive the full analytics lifecycle, including data cleansing, model building, and visualization creation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requests and ensure data privacy and governance standards are met
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Statistics, Organizational Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Typically 12+ years of experience in workforce analytics, including data analysis and reporting
  • Strong experience in Power BI, Excel, and SQL for reporting and analysis
  • Proven experience managing complex projects across multiple functional areas
  • Demonstrated experience in Workday reporting (reports, dashboards, and discovery boards)
