Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee human resources strategy, including planning, policy development, and compliance
  • Lead recruitment strategies focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and retention of talent
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and training programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • Experience in consulting on employee relations or in a supervisory role
  • Previous experience in a nonprofit setting is preferred
  • Proficient in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management software
