Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee human resources strategy, including planning, policy development, and compliance
- Lead recruitment strategies focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and retention of talent
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and training programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Experience in consulting on employee relations or in a supervisory role
- Previous experience in a nonprofit setting is preferred
- Proficient in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management software
