Job Summary

Leading the enterprise-wide talent and leadership development strategy, the full-time Senior Manager of People Development will design and deliver integrated learning programs, oversee scalable learning solutions, and partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the enterprise learning and development strategy, aligning initiatives with organizational priorities
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs, defining career paths and implementing training solutions
  • Provide operational leadership to the People Development team, managing external vendors and establishing program success metrics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or 4+ years of professional work experience
  • 6+ years of experience leading training or talent development initiatives
  • 4+ years of experience with talent review and succession planning programs
  • 4+ years in a supervisory or significant coaching role
  • Expertise in organizational development and adult learning principles
