Job Summary

Experienced professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Manager of People Engagement, responsible for driving global people operations programs, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance employee experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and manage the end-to-end global onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees
  • Oversee the employee knowledge ecosystem, ensuring policies and resources are accurate and easily discoverable
  • Lead the management of learning programs and company-wide initiatives, including vendor management and the deployment of AI agents to streamline operations
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HR/People Operations, with at least 3+ years in a senior lead or people manager role
  • High proficiency in Workday HCM, with hands-on experience in Workday Learning and Deel preferred
  • Strong understanding of global Right to Work standards and background check processes
  • Demonstrated ability to build and govern AI agents and automations to enhance operational efficiency
  • Experience managing company-wide programs with effective vendor management skills
