Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing organization, the full-time Senior Manager of People Operations will lead HR processes, enhance employee experience and retention strategies, and oversee people-related workflows in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day People Operations and employee lifecycle support
  • Partner with the COO to develop and maintain a consistent retention and employee experience strategy
  • Oversee employee relations, compliance support, and people-related workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive HR, People Operations, or HRBP experience
  • Experience supporting a remote, distributed, or high-growth workforce preferred
  • Strong employee relations and manager coaching experience
  • Ability to build processes from the ground up
  • Experience with HR systems, reporting, and retention initiatives
