Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing organization, the full-time Senior Manager of People Operations will lead HR processes, enhance employee experience and retention strategies, and oversee people-related workflows in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day People Operations and employee lifecycle support
- Partner with the COO to develop and maintain a consistent retention and employee experience strategy
- Oversee employee relations, compliance support, and people-related workflows
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR, People Operations, or HRBP experience
- Experience supporting a remote, distributed, or high-growth workforce preferred
- Strong employee relations and manager coaching experience
- Ability to build processes from the ground up
- Experience with HR systems, reporting, and retention initiatives
