Job Summary
Detail-oriented and systems-minded, the full-time Senior Manager of People Operations will manage compensation and benefits programs, ensure compliance with HR policies, and oversee HR operations to deliver a high-quality employee experience, with the flexibility to work remotely or from a KIPP Foundation office.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across the Foundation
- Execute HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency in application across the organization
- Administer HR systems and maintain data integrity, developing reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in talent operations, compensation, benefits, and HR policies
- Expertise in employment laws across multiple geographic territories
- Experience using HR systems such as ADP, workforce, and ATS
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and managing stakeholder relationships
- Aptitude in data analysis and strategy development to inform decision-making
