Job Summary
Leading the operational infrastructure for a growing team, the full-time Senior Manager of People Operations will manage HRIS, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and enhance core People Operations processes, including HRIS, payroll, and compliance
- Lead the strategy and optimization of ADP Workforce Now as the system of record
- Oversee accurate payroll processing and benefits administration across multiple states and entities
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of People Operations experience with a focus on payroll, HRIS, and compliance
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, including configuration and process improvement
- Experience managing complex payroll operations across various employee types
- Knowledge of employment law, compliance, and employee data practices
- Experience managing or mentoring team members in a fast-paced environment
