Job Summary

Senior Manager of People Products is a full-time, salaried position responsible for leading a global team to manage and optimize Workday systems, drive product strategy, and ensure compliance and integration with IT and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for Workday systems
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee enhancements to HR technology through agile methodologies
  • Build and lead a high-performing global team focused on operational excellence and customer-centricity
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in HR technology with expertise in Workday HCM and Talent modules
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, or a related field
  • Proven leadership experience managing global teams and large-scale system implementations
  • Experience in hyper-growth environments with a resilient and positive attitude
  • Strong understanding of Workday architecture, APIs, and product management practices
