Job Summary
Senior Manager of People Products is a full-time, salaried position responsible for leading a global team to manage and optimize Workday systems, drive product strategy, and ensure compliance and integration with IT and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for Workday systems
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee enhancements to HR technology through agile methodologies

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in HR technology with expertise in Workday HCM and Talent modules
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, or a related field
- Proven leadership experience managing global teams and large-scale system implementations
- Experience in hyper-growth environments with a resilient and positive attitude
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture, APIs, and product management practices
