Job Summary
Leading People System technology projects, the full-time Senior Manager of People Systems will manage Workday product configuration, report development, and HR data integration while working remotely from any US location.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee execution of HR technology projects and ensure adherence to internal IT Change Management protocols
- Provide daily support for Workday, troubleshooting payroll issues and managing data loads for payroll processes
- Act as a subject matter expert on Workday-related technology projects, ensuring compliance with SOX guidelines and confidentiality of employee data
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in an HR technology role
- Evidence of completing Workday modules in HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent Management
- Current or prior Workday certification in Workday Payroll
- Experience with Workday business process configuration and administration of U.S. benefits in Workday
