Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategic direction and priorities of the People technology ecosystem
  • Partner with leaders to streamline workflows and identify automation opportunities
  • Lead the People Technology team and manage project timelines and stakeholder communication


Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in People Technology or HRIS management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Advanced Workday expertise, including core HCM and one functional area
  • Experience building integrations and AI-assisted workflows
  • Strong knowledge of HR data and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
