Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic direction and priorities of the People technology ecosystem
- Partner with leaders to streamline workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Lead the People Technology team and manage project timelines and stakeholder communication
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in People Technology or HRIS management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Advanced Workday expertise, including core HCM and one functional area
- Experience building integrations and AI-assisted workflows
- Strong knowledge of HR data and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
