• Support deep dives to uncover strategic insights for optimizing field performance
• Drive ongoing process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required
• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, performance planning, consulting, or related fields
• Experience leading multiple complex workstreams across departmental boundaries
• Strong business insight and experience with Sales and Account Development organizations
• Ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with others
