Job Summary
Driving personalization strategy and execution, the full-time Senior Manager of Personalization Strategy will manage cross-functional initiatives, support research on personalization trends, and oversee high-impact personalization projects while collaborating with various business units in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage execution of high-priority personalization initiatives across multiple lines of business
- Support research on personalization trends and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and delivery of key programs
Required qualifications
- 6-9 years of experience in digital strategy, personalization, product, analytics, or consulting
- Experience working on cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in experimentation and performance measurement
- Ability to translate strategic direction into structured execution plans
- Familiarity with content strategy and personalization across digital channels
