Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Specialty Pharmacy Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily activities with specialty pharmacy partners, ensuring order fulfillment and patient support services
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and enhance patient services
• Collect and analyze operational data to monitor performance and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• 3 - 5 years of direct experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on specialty pharmacy and patient services
• Experience in evaluating data sources for insights related to specialty pharmacy
• Pharmacy degree preferred
• Ability to communicate technical data to non-technical stakeholders
