Senior Manager of Planning

Job Summary

To enhance global demand management and planning processes, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Planning will define and implement best practices, develop performance metrics, and lead training initiatives across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement globally used metrics to measure supply chain performance related to demand management and planning
• Lead the documentation, training, and enhancement of demand management and planning processes, ensuring best practices are established across all regions
• Guide site and regional supply chain teams in designing optimal strategies to meet company objectives while maximizing customer service and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience in a related field
• Previous experience in a management role is required
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems is preferred
