Senior Manager of Platform Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary Platform Engineering team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
• Define and enhance CI/CD workflows and establish Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards for consistent software delivery
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the lifecycle of internal engineering frameworks, ensuring compliance and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software, platform, or reliability engineering, including 3 years in a management role
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD tooling
• Strong understanding of SRE principles, observability stacks, and incident management best practices
• Proven success in implementing security management programs and driving cost optimization initiatives
