Senior Manager of Policy Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Policy and Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of work in the Policy and Programs department, including research and stakeholder engagement
• Oversee the New England Heat Pump Accelerator project and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders
• Develop policy resources and assess stakeholder needs to promote heat pump adoption in the region

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in energy efficiency, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with at least one year in a managerial role
• Advanced degree preferred but not required
• Subject matter expertise in energy efficiency programs, building decarbonization policies, or heating electrification
• Ability to manage budgets and complex multi-year grant proposals
• Experience in developing strategic program initiatives that align with organizational goals
