Senior Manager of Practice Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Practice Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage program KPIs for clinical staff in Virtual Primary Care (VPC) and Virtual Care Support (VCS)
• Create and implement data-driven staffing and resource plans in collaboration with relevant teams
• Lead clinical initiatives and program launches while driving operational efficiencies and improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
• 3+ years of experience in virtual care delivery or clinical operations
• Proven ability to use data analytics to drive operational decisions
• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills with clinical teams
• Strong understanding of value-based care models and their operational support
