Senior Manager of Practice Operations

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Manager of Practice Operations will manage credentialing and payer enrollment processes, design workflows, and ensure effective implementation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of operational problems, transforming them from roughly defined to fully optimized solutions
• Develop and document best-in-class operating procedures with clear ownership and escalation paths
• Define and measure key metrics, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights for operational improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in a complex, regulated environment, preferably in healthcare
• Demonstrated expertise in process building and execution, with a track record of successful project completions
• Familiarity with provider credentialing or payer enrollment processes is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and operational management tools
• Passion for improving access to autism care and aligning with the company's mission
