Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Pro Onboarding to enhance the customer experience for new pros.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement strategies to improve the early tenure pro experience, focusing on revenue and retention
- Lead and manage the pro onboarding rep team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement
- Analyze data and metrics to drive operational improvements and resolve escalated customer complaints
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales management, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Experience in strategy consulting or technology startups with a focus on executing strategic initiatives
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Looker
- Experience managing remote agents or BPOs is a plus
