Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve the early tenure pro experience, focusing on revenue and retention
  • Lead and manage the pro onboarding rep team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement
  • Analyze data and metrics to drive operational improvements and resolve escalated customer complaints
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales management, preferably in a high-growth environment
  • Experience in strategy consulting or technology startups with a focus on executing strategic initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams across multiple time zones
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Looker
  • Experience managing remote agents or BPOs is a plus
