Job Summary
Transforming the customer experience strategy, the full-time Senior Manager of Pro Onboarding will identify gaps in the pro journey, manage onboarding rep teams, and drive improvements in revenue and retention while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Seek and implement strategies to enhance the early tenure pro experience and improve customer retention
- Lead and develop a high-performing onboarding team, managing processes and driving continuous improvement
- Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency across onboarding initiatives
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales management, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Experience in strategy consulting or technology startups with a focus on executing strategic initiatives
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Looker
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and experience managing remote teams
