Job Summary

Transforming the customer experience strategy, the full-time Senior Manager of Pro Onboarding will identify gaps in the pro journey, manage onboarding rep teams, and drive improvements in revenue and retention while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Seek and implement strategies to enhance the early tenure pro experience and improve customer retention
  • Lead and develop a high-performing onboarding team, managing processes and driving continuous improvement
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency across onboarding initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales management, preferably in a high-growth environment
  • Experience in strategy consulting or technology startups with a focus on executing strategic initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams across multiple time zones
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Looker
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills and experience managing remote teams
