Senior Manager of Product Design

Job Summary

Leading a team in a full-time capacity, the Senior Manager of Product Design will oversee the development and delivery of innovative drone systems, managing mechanical engineering efforts from concept to production in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of a cutting-edge vehicle platform, integrating advanced technologies for autonomous drone systems
• Manage the mechanical team to bring the F10 ecosystem to market, overseeing mechanical development and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new product development from prototype through mass production

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in management and product development with a track record of technical excellence
• Strong system-level design skills, particularly in aerospace or aviation design
• Mastery of 3D CAD, with experience in CATIA preferred
• Experience with various manufacturing processes, including injection molding and CNC machining
• Ability to produce thorough mechanical part and assembly drawings, demonstrating a passion for elegant design
