Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Product Development to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product development process, ensuring effective execution of timelines and milestones
• Collaborate with Product Marketing for alignment on product positioning and technical feasibility
• Manage relationships with external partners to track projects, negotiate pricing, and ensure accountability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
• 5 - 8+ years of experience in product development within the personal care or beauty industry, with FDA OTC experience required
• Proven expertise in managing product development with external formulators and packaging engineers
• Experience in packaging development, including design and testing
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders
