Senior Manager of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional development scope with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum teams to improve product delivery performance
• Support the development of product vision and strategy, while coaching and mentoring direct reports
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and communicate product roadmap and progress effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a product management role
• Previous experience with ERP or core financial/accounting products is required
• CPA certification is desired
• Strong understanding of Agile Values and Scrum Methodology
• Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC)
