Job Summary
Leading the Enablement and Launch Management teams, the full-time Senior Manager of Product Operations will ensure operational readiness for product launches, drive cross-functional collaboration, and enhance go-to-market execution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability while developing scalable processes for launch readiness
- Oversee product enablement initiatives, ensuring internal teams are equipped with the necessary tools and training for effective product support
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful launch execution and manage risks associated with product readiness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BBA, B.S. in Technology, Engineering, etc.)
- 7+ years of experience in product operations, launch management, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of overseeing the full lifecycle of product launches
- Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and aligning various business units
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and managing stakeholder alignment
