Senior Manager of Product Security

Job Summary

Leading and scaling the product security program in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Manager of Product Security will define security strategies, develop a high-performing team, and collaborate with engineering and product leaders to ensure security aligns with growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product security strategy, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with company objectives
• Hire, mentor, and develop product security engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and accountability
• Establish scalable security practices throughout the software development lifecycle, including threat modeling and vulnerability management

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in application security or product security, including securing cloud-native SaaS products
• 5+ years of people management or technical leadership experience with a proven track record of building effective security teams
• Strong technical foundation in modern application security, secure architecture, and secure SDLC practices
• Experience using AI and automation to enhance security programs and processes
• Working knowledge of modern programming languages and experience with application security testing technologies
