Senior Manager of Professional Billing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Professional Billing Organization (PBO).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the Professional Billing department, setting goals and priorities
• Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements to enhance the Revenue Cycle
• Manage staff performance, development, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Five years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivables and reimbursement management
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD10 coding, and medical terminology
• Knowledge of government program regulations and compliance requirements related to accounts receivable management
