Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online professional education programs, including course content development and instructional design
• Engage with internal staff, sponsors, and stakeholders to manage the education process and ensure program deliverables are met
• Oversee program evaluation, budget performance, and development of marketing materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7-10 years of program management experience, with a preference for continuing education experience
• Experience managing multiple projects and budgets in a matrix organization
• Knowledge of diabetes and familiarity with instructional design and online education platforms
• Proficiency in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
