Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Professional Services to lead delivery for the Enterprise segment within the Professional Services organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Professional Services delivery for the assigned Enterprise segment
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects while ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and support pre-sales engagements
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Customer Success, or a related field
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing delivery teams or Professional Services operations
- Technical background in cybersecurity, DevOps, software engineering, or a related field
- Strong project or program management capabilities
- Experience working cross-functionally in a high-growth technology environment
