Senior Manager of Provider Relations
Job Summary
Leading a team of Provider Relations Representatives and Network Performance Advisors, the full-time Senior Manager of Provider Relations will manage assigned regions to enhance network performance through strategic development and execution of provider relations initiatives in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and leads a team to achieve market performance targets and implements professional development plans
- Monitors provider performance action plans and collaborates with the Quality Team to improve quality metrics
- Identifies opportunities to enhance Provider Satisfaction and drives network transformation strategies to optimize member outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 6+ years of experience in provider relations or a similar background
- 3+ years of management experience
- Understanding of Risk and Value-Based contractual arrangements
- Familiarity with HEDIS and STARS measures
