• Design and deliver a consistent, scalable onboarding experience for clients
• Segment clients by needs and value to enhance engagement and satisfaction
• Lead capacity planning and develop client health scoring to track experience metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• At least five years of experience in client experience or proxy services within financial services
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex client relationships
• Experience in client segmentation and capacity planning
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
